Lead with research, biology, philosophy and evidence — and show the source.

Confident
State the position plainly. No hedging, no apologising, no defensiveness.

Respectful
Criticise ideas and policies, never people. Everyone keeps their dignity.
“We disagree with the policy — not with the people it affects.”
